I am searching for a 45-55 HP tractor with FEL and, hopefully, a power shuttle for durability, new or used <2K hrs. Something like the Kubota M5040 (I have a 7030). In my search I have discovered most of the S. Korean tractors are a conglomeration of other manufactures parts. Some of the Japanese tractors may be too. Yanmar may be the exception, but $51K is way out of my price range. While search specs, I find some of the tractor models were only built for one or two years so parts will be a problem. Koiti, MF, Kubota, Mahindra have so many models and some are light and have 24 inch rears, I want 26inch and 4000 lbs. Not sure a hydrostatic 45 hp with 24's will handle a 6 ft HD rotary mower and 2 bottom 16" plows. My budget is $35-40K (delivered) max!

My MF461 fits your criteria and with a reliable 75hp Perkins engine. 55hp PTO. Try searching. They come up for sale periodically. Yes the model was made only 2 yrs but the perkins has made for many decades, so parts are readily available. The 451, 461, 471, then 500 series after that, are similar

I have a Kioti DK4510 (45 engine hp). It is a mid-size, no-frills manual (8F/8R - L/H) tractor with FEL. I regularly use a Bush Hog 255 cutter (6', very heavy duty), and a heavy-duty disk. To my understanding, Daedong makes all the tractor parts except the rubber (tires/hoses/belts) - not sure about the FEL. I've been very pleased with it, and bought it in 2018 for around $22,500 (after rebates). I've been very pleased with it! I was extremely pleased with the original dealer; but they sold to another owner and I have very little experience with them.

Quick look through tractor data shows all 1 thru 4 series built in about last 10 years are made in Georgia and use Yanmar engines. So Deere built tractors but Yanmar engines.

I have a 33 hp 4x4 John Deere with FEL. It is built in Japan with a Yanmar engine. I also have a 33 hp Deutz German built tractor with air cooled engine. The Deutz is much heavier and will out work the JD. The quality in the Deutz is very much evident. The fuel economy is much better with the Deutz. The JD is easier to operate because of the easy clutch and shifter. I really like the JD for everyday work. But I've done a lot of heavier work with the Deutz. My son has a new 35 hp New Holland. Nice tractor but it uses DEF and he has to stop to re-gen. The gears are real noisy in the NH but that's the way they are. It has a Yanmar engine and I think it's made in Japan.

The Duetz is a (heavy) Utility Tractor, and the John Deere is a CUT. Apples and Oranges.

It sounds like you are looking for a New Holland. No problem with parts or dealer network.
Here's how I bought mine: I found a clean 55HP NH FEL and cab with under 2000 hrs. on a dealer's lot that was "on consignment." I think by an estate? I offered as my absolute limit $6000 under the asking price. Cash, today. At first the dealer refused to present my offer until I reminded him that he did not have that right. So, he called the seller and they ended up making a counter offer which I refused. Driving away, about 2 miles down the road, the dealer called and said the seller called back and accepted my offer. If you can find a tractor "on consignment" from a private seller, you know that they don't even want to handle the deal themselves and are sometimes very motivated to get cash. Plus the dealer probably got 10% so he was happy.

Daedong makes all the tractor parts except the rubber (tires/hoses/belts) - not sure about the FEL.

I’ve had that very same thought. The Kioti and LS I’ve seen appear to be identical from the bucket to the rear frame attach points.
