Why not put a laptop on the cart and push that around? Then you don't have to plug in before powering up.

I have a ups on the cart for that.
It dept said it was bad yep the battery's were toast and the inline fuse was bad replaced all 3 parts runs like a champ.

must not be an 'apc ups.. mine won't 'restart' untill land line come back on. IE.. if they are plugged in and running, then ac dies, they stay up as long as their battery allows.. if you manually turn them off, then back on.. they will not come back on untill line is restored......

You're pushing a cart around with a desktop computer with a monitor with a battery UPS, probably with an extension cord, too? Let me guess... you got a printer on there, too, don't you?
Put a mini-fridge in that cart! :licking:
Actually it is a APC Back-UPS Pro and to turn it back on with it unplugged hold in the on button for a few seconds and it should restart mine does.

Hang your coiled serial cables on it and put a label that reads "non-potable water, for handwashing ONLY"I never thought of making my cart from a beermister but you got me thinking of how to disguise the tap
