Who has snow?

Might get some this weekend. I would much rather have snow than 35 degrees and rain!
If we get some snow, I hope it is enough to stay home instead of dealing with it at work all day.

1 inch yesterday and 12 degrees f this am. A taste of things to come. This will be our first winter here with a 1/4 mile long drive into the woods. The good news that I learned yesterday is the trees block a lot of the snow from hitting the drive. The bad news is the sun doesn't hit it either so what does land is going to last forever /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

We have aboout 1.5 feet at our place in Lake Tahoe. Normal would be closer to 3 feet this time of year.

I hope you are right but that is not the way it is in Western New York. Last year we had snow in November and never saw the grass again until the middle of March.

Right now we just had three inches last night and the temperature was 8 degrees this morning. Hey it has warmed up to 15 degrees already. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, in the southern part of our state, all we've seen is flurries so far. I believe in YooperDave's area they've received a little more.

We're expecting "possibly" a couple of inches in the next 36 hours. POSSIBLY. Been a very strange winter so far!

We don't have any snow, but the weatherbabe on TV said we might get something like a quarter of an inch of it over the weekend. My new 60" Buhler Farm King Y600 3pt snow blower should be delivered on Saturday, just in time for that quarter inch of snow! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

They just announced 6-8 inches for tomorrow night. I am always amazed at the predictions.

With this being the first storm of the season over a couple of inches that means that there will be real fresh bread and milk on the shelves on Monday.

My prep work for winter is to buy coffee, toilet paper and beer.

I can survive anything else.
