While I'm tired of the humidity and heat, I'm not at all ready for winter.

Myself, being retired I love winter here in SE Michigan. I can relax in front of the wood fire and read my favorite books and not go out unless I absolutely have to. Other than working on jobs in the shop and farm tools and tractors, I have basically unlimited time to do zip. I always discourage my customers not to drop of anything during the winter anyway.

After a long summer, I'm definitely looking forward to winter and some snow. Last year was a total bust for snow.
I only use my tractor blower every couple years or so, but a hydraulic chute deflector is a game changer for tight placement of snow.

Okay with mild winter long as no freezing rain.

We don't have a snow season here, we are lucky if we get snow that sticks down here in the valleys. But I am very ready for fall; those cool, crisp, NW breeze days. Falls are usually the driest time of the year here and cooler, so like someone above said it is a great time to get things done around the property. I am also ready for "winter" too, bring it on!

Haven't had my big Lucknow (Helm Engineering) blower on the tractor in at least 5 years now. Sitting in the barn.
