Who makes a good Forestry Helmet?

Looking to buy a good helmet for tree cutting. Reading some
of the reviews and it seems like many buyers are finding faults
with their helmets. Like to get one that will work well and last
a while.

I bought a couple of Rockman helmuts 3 years ago for homeowner use and I have found them to be the best I have owned.

I've used a Petzl Vertex Vent for the past 10 years, very comfortable and durable, but I also climb with it.

For felling, where I want more visibility/mobility, I use this aluminum helmet

All of the above, or Husqvarna. Or Oregon. You won't go wrong with any of these.

This helmet from Rockman is my favorite as well. I've got several of these, its light weight, vented and not very expensive. Its not perfect but still very nice. I've even got parts for them that I've broke..

Stihl here too. I also have a Husqvarna but it makes my ears sore.

Another nod to Stihl. After a couple years using a less expensive/no-name helmet with plastic face guard that would fog up, went for an upgrade. Only wish I had done so sooner.
