I've got a heavy duty kit I bought at O'Reilly's. I've used it twice on my Radial Titan tractor tires with success.

You must be stronger than I. I've never broke one. Sometimes can't push it thru the hole though. Been involved in a lot of plugging on our 4-wheeling buggies' tires.

Hey Richard! I bought the Black Jack kit and man is it better than the TSC crap but 10x the price. My hands got pretty messed up when the handle snapped so I had to get something better.

OUCH!!! That hurts just reading it. I think about how many times I've pushed on one of those with all the strength I could muster. I failed T handle would not be pretty.....

It wasn't, and I'm a bleeder so my Mrs freaked out when I came in looking like I cut my hand off.:shocked:

Starter Wife's Grandpa cut across the top of his upper leg with a circular saw, using his leg as a sawhorse. Bleeding like a stuck pig, went in the house, to the bathroom to get a towel, back thru the kitchen and out the front door to where the car was parked leaving a definite blood trail. Drove himself to the hospital. His wife came home from work just after he'd left and found all this. She freaked completely out. Called everyone she could think of. Everyone said he must be alright since he drove himself to the hospital. This was 30 years ago so no cell phones. He was given strict rules by the family in regards to procedures of notification used in case of another "event". He said to me, "I don't know what they were so excited about, I was fine". Then he winked.

Safey seal is what most of the pros use. It comes in a red blow molded plastic case and has stainless handles on the reamer and plug tool, and uses brown plugs.
