Who makes a good trailer tire?

I just picked up a 10K Big Tex dump trailer (long overdue purchase) and it came with Chinese tires -- Goodride ST225/75R15, Class D. They are 8-ply radials. I have no idea how good/bad they are, but I was planning to spend the extra dough to upgrade to a good trustworthy tire.

The only brand in that size that I recognize are Goodyear Endurance tires, same size but load range E (which should be OK I assume). All the other brands seem to be no-names or off-names, and I assume they are Chinese. Does anyone have recommendations for a good US-made trailer tire, or even an offshore brand that is reputable?

I run Carlisle radial trail on my Airstream travel trailer & on my dual tandem 18' car trailer & I did have issues with the original Goodyear that came on my Airsteam & those Goodyears where made in China.

This thread had me concerned with my trailer tires. They all look good, but they are Chinese, a brand called Rainier. I bought a spare right away. As they appear to be wearing quickly, I will be happy to replace them in a year or two with some US made tires.

Lots of good trailer tires not made in USA. Use a tpms is probably the best thing you can do to keep your tires in good shape.

BTW. That is a tredit tire line. Should have a 6 year warranty on them.
