</font><font color="blueclass=small">( FIAT is the parent company of the CASE-New Holland company. CNH also owns Kobelco Construction equipment. The compact tractors largely built under exclusive contract by Shibura in Japan and assembled here in the US. The same is true for Case Farmall DX tractors. Shibura has been a long time contractor for New Holland, and made compact tractors for Ford Tractor prior to Ford selling the tractor division to NH. I believe the arrangement has been in place for 25 or more years.
Bear in mind that these are exclusive designs made for CNH so there is no equivalent Shibura tractor marketed with the designs/features; there is a similar arrangement between John Deere and Yanmar for SOME of the JD compact tractors.
