The spindle is lower because it was 'Shopped' to that spot ... the fender shadow, and the shadow from the equipment box over the missing wheel MUST come down to the road at the same angle as the one coming off her head to the road ... they don't ... they were 'Shopped' out at the same time as the wheel shadow was taken out, imho ...

To me, the shadows look consistent with a hard ( point ) light source high ( maybe 1:00 o'clock ) and to the viewers right.

That's consistent with the vehicles farther away on the road too...

Looks to me like the wheel really was off - shadow looks consistant. That said, I think the picture was touched up - to put her in it. There is no shadow for her. She is behind the wheel and above it, yet NO shadow for her.

Sorry, not convinced. What you think is the tire shadow is HER!! Look at the shadow again - the knob at top of the shadow is her HEAD. She is sitting on the fender. The top of the fender is flat. the top of the shadow isn't.

Nope. It doesnt work out proportionaly if you compare with front tire shadow. That is the light on the fender or his head or hand.

heck, I don't even know, if you drive through a busy town on a two-lane highway, with a long no-passing stripe, at the painfully slow speed they'd have to be travelling, why you wouldn't accumulate a long, honking train of very irate cars and trucks ... and maybe the local Troopers ...

Because it looks like Eastern Europe, very common site, I don't know if the pic is photo shopped or not, but why?, it's not that entertaining with 3 wheels or 4.
My wife is from Poland and I have been there 3 times, the first in '92, this pic looks like a very typical site. Although times have changed dramatically in the past 16 years in Poland, some of the neighboring countries are still far behind and a tractor pulled hay/grain wagon is still the family mini van, and on Sunday morning you will see them traveling to church, the whole family dressed in their Sunday best, not just in the sticks but in the cities as well.

OK....... I'm gonna ask for an outright BAN on this photo, the photos of the TLB on top of the railcar, and ALL threads by anyone asking about the 2006 XYZ tractor for sale on Craigslist for $3900.00, and do we think its for real or a scam.

Really...... all three have been here in different places about 1,000 times each.
