Still just newlyweds, huh? My wife turned 64 new years eve, I'll be 68 Monday, oldest daughter is 42 today, and yep, it's been a pretty good 43 years together.

When I married my worst!!! I mean first wife I was 21 she was 15. I was dumb enough to hang around for 29 years and 357 days......

My wife robbed the cradle, she's 5 months older than I am and I remind her of it often. We're both 64 now and have been married 41 years.

Like you my grand father was 13 years older than his wife.
I know another couple - he's 30 and she's 40.

I married my high school sweetheart after 5 year courtship.
She developed into a "Super Woman"
Anniversary will be June 23.
2008 - 1954 = 54 years blessed by God.
And still counting.

I forgot, she's 6 days older than I.

there's only 7 years between me and my "she who must be obeyed" - but her family is large enough that I'm old enough to be the father of her 3 youngest siblings. the youngest of which lived with us for her first year of college - instant teenager, and we're still married!

I envy you craddle robbers, there is only two years between me and my wife of 17 years, together 20 plus . The biggest change is having our first child at 40 , my friends were right your life changes with kids. But, I love the challange of life , the getting older part stinks!!

My wife will be 63 on 5/17/2008. She's the little girl I took to her Senior High School Prom on 5/11/1963 and married on 12/26/1964.
I will be 68 on 11/29/2008.
Our 43 years together has gone way to fast. When is your anniversary date? Ours is 12/26/1964.
I spent Jan. - April 1964 at Fort Bliss, Texas training as a member of the Ohio National Guard.
How far are you from there?
The best part of that experience was the relaxing tranquil very enjoyable train ride back home to Ohio!

L B, our anniversary is 4/28/65 and we're about 650 miles east of Fort Bliss. You were in training at Fort Bliss about the same time I was in training in the Dallas Police Academy. I was hired by the police department to start on 3/23/64, but worked a clerical job a couple of weeks until they had enough new hires to start a new class at the academy in early April (29 of us).

30 years, 43 years, that's nothing. When my wife and I meet someone new and they ask how long we have been married, we BOTH answer in unison 400 years. It usually stuns the person. They usually expect the husband to say something like that, but never the wife. They then realize we are HAPPY that it seems like 400 years.

My wife is younger, but only by 3 months. It has been 27 years so far.

Oh well, what the heck, he is going to do what he thinks is right anyway, but man some of the situations make me chuckle.

She'll be 40 in April. I turned 36 in October. If I'd known then what I know now (and she'd of had me), I'd of married her 20 years ago when I met her. As it stands, February 12th will be 7 years. I hope for 77 more with her. I call her the cradle robber.

A blessing will hit you when you're not looking, I know I wasn't expecting her.

11 years and 2 days separate my wife and I.
My bday is on the 4th, hers is the 6th, got married on the 5th. Makes things simple.
