Elvis never sold CD's, He was dead long before CD's came out. The beatles broke up before CD came out also. I dont think any of the beatles or elvis worked in a record store. So I guess its a tie, 0 vs 0 records/cd's sold.

I guess it depends what you read,I seen in the guiness book one time the Beatles as a groups listed sold a billion plus,records/cds unit measurements. Elvis had the most gold records , but the Beatles had the most number 1.
Either way I think they were both tied with Slim Whitman/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I think Elvis had the most gold records,but the Beatles had the most number 1 hits of anyone. I seen a guiness book one time listed the Beatles in sales of units in excess of a billion,I think I heard the same about the King as well.Either way a tough act to follow.
