Lol, i bet you won't find that in the tipping guide either. :laughing: I think if your going to tip, use cash, that way they get to use it how they want to. We give $200 at xmas to the neighbor down by the main road, he has a bigger tractor that he uses to maintain the our main gravel road.

my water delivery person is a troll that lives underground out in the yard, I send him a jolt of 220 volt every so often and he must like it because when i do that he delivers me more water.

Mine stopped liking the power a couple months back and got fired... we'll see how this new one does.

We have a water delivery person, even tho we are on a well too (it's VERY hard water and we find it cheap and easy to supplement with bottled). I'll be tipping him at his next delivery.

Last Friday I tipped the fellow that delivers our propane. It was only $20, he comes two or three times a year. I tipped him $20 4 or 5 years ago (I'm usually not home when he delivers but was then and last Friday). He was confused the first time and actually asked "...what's this for?...". I think it was the first tip he'd ever gotten.

THIS time he thanked me and after a brief visit, wished us well for the holidays.

I don't quite know what a water delivery man is. I've got a well for domestic consumption and I pump out of the little lake for irrigation. The UPS/FEDX man always leaves packages at the end of the driveway so I never see them. I do drink Jack Daniels with the hunters that come in to hunt on my land.

lol...o.k, the post man delivers...mail, the milk man delivers...milk, the ups/fedex man delivers...parcels/mail. the water delivery man delivers...take a guess???...water. lol. :wink:
