I've made one claim and it was as simple as a phone call to KTAC and later I took the tractor for the parts man to make a list of what it needed. That was it, sort of.
The parts man didn't order exactly every little part I needed and turned it in to Kubota before the work was done. The dealer ended up having to eat a few odds and ends parts. There were some hard feelings at the dealership over the whole thing but not towards me and not towards Kubota.
