Why can the Hunt-Vee travel at 60 degrees...

I believe it says 60 percent slope, which would be about 25 degrees???

My PT-425 will climb that slope, and pick up and carry my dead game home too!! Plus I can dig a ditch, mow the lawn, or grind a stump when I get there!!
