I have an old motorcycle horn I will add. Just a real real real stupid question, as My l-39 is sitting 50 miles north of here, where is the horn button on the dash? I never noticed!

One more dumb question is where is the engine oil dipstick?? I was freezing my butt off this weekend and did not feel like removing the side panels. Is it on the left or right, I could not readily see the dipstick lifting the hood. Time for some orange paint!

FYI I added a 12 V Outlet for a receptacle Plug. I use it for my Trickle Charger and Electric Vest. I made the stupid Mistake of buying a cheap plastic one from West Marine when I should have bought their Stainless outlet.

The horn button is that little rubber push switch in the middle of the light switch, you just push it in to honk the horn after you hook one up to those horn wires. The horn wires and the horn switch are both plumbed into the wiring harness, why they did not just simply add a $5 horn is beyond me, but it is simple to install it yourself with everything pre-wired for it.

The oil dip stick is also right there on the right side where the fuel injection pump and the oil filter are (the horn electrical ouput on the wiring harness is to the left and above the dipstick), you need to remove the panel to get to the oil filter, but not to get to the dipstick.

I wish I had some electrically heated grips for my mototcycles, but that is a good idea for the cabless L-39 without any heater.
