Why no camo tractors??

That kind of insurance policy works good as long as you're around when someone tries to steal it. It doesn't work so good when you're gone for the weekend or out to dinner.

In response to the original question, I would guess that since tractors can do significant damage to anything around them, it's best if they stand out, hence all the bright colors. But we all knew that, right?

I've heard the USMC can do the same, but they are in camo.

I didn't read all the old posts, so maybe this has been said already...

But if you paint it camo and leave it in the field, how would you find it when you came back? (ya know, cuz it blends in with the field.....) :laughing:
