It looks phony to me . A log that big leaping up off the road level. Suspicious. Someones been playing around with photo makeover. And just happen to have a camera handy. Not. Would you continue to take a picture in this scenario?

the brown spot is a mud spot on the windshield. That probably isn't the only 'brown' in this event.

looks fake. the log that about to hit the driver looks too level that high off the ground. but even if it was real - oh crap!! :D

Also the title of this post. In this picture as presented the driver is too close, but in the reverse angle, the officer seems to be at an appropriated distance. And it is an officer. You want to guarantee you are not going to die on the freeway? Don't get on one :)

Sometimes stuff happens.
