Why was my thread moved to the "Friendly Politics" Forum?

You have to enable it in your preferences (go to http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups and check the box for Friendly Politics)

Yes, there is....the REAL problem here on TBN is that some members choose to flaunt the rules and inject politics into forums and/or threads that should NOT have it mentioned. I do feel much of that happens BECAUSE members have a personal grudge against another member or just want to create dissent and voice their opinions OUTSIDE of the one forum where such opinions belong, in the hopes to create a wider audience.

That's how I feel and that is why I started this thread. Everybody got that?

I ain't saying anything about intentions like that other then the mods should take the op's opening suggestion and apply it.

Certain individuals lurking in the corners will ALWAYS inject politics into a thread about anything. Tractors, cars (Prius Haters), any Democrat politician elected to office after 2008, fuel, oil pipelines, guns etc.... Good luck keeping politics out of the conversation. Hydraulic troubleshooting is probably the lone exception of apolitical comments.

If you really don't understand why a particular post or thread was moved or removed, just send a polite question in reply back to the forum manager, Muhammed (apologies if I spelled that wrong) and he'll usually explain why he did it. Which is excellent feedback so you can improve your future posts!
