Widening a Snow blower (not wings)

Simply because I like things to be clean and I do not want it to look like an afterthought!

Also with wings you always risk bending something

If you auger in more snow how is the existing fan going to eject it????? Wings seem better to me.

Fan size is identical on 51" and 63" blowers. Same amount of blades on fan.
