Widening stance??

In I thread I started about ballast, someone mentioned widening the stance on the rear tires of my ck27 will increase stability. This is not something I think I will do but how is it done? Also are the tractors shipped from the factory with the narrowest stance?

Could you advise what type of tires you have. Ag, Turf, or Industrial. The first can be adjusted but the other two are set, has to do with the rims, unless you went with spacers which I probably wouldn't do unless you had to have that special width for some type of application.
