Tires Wider front tires

My 1900 FWD has 6.00 x16 R1 front tires. I would like to have a wider front tire. With the FEL on the front tires always seem to leave ruts. I know I have to keep the same diameter tire because of the FWD. The 6.00x16 tire is not a popular tire (hard to find and expensive). Is there a web site that gives tire deminsions. I was thinking of going with a different tire and wheel combo. I could get a wider and more popular size with the same diameter. Does the 1900 have a common bolt pattern that would be easy to find rims for.

Here is the Firestone Ag page that has the sizes. Most of the Ag tire sites have a similar page, but some are hard to find. That size is rated as G-1 by some manufactures instead of R-1s.

I was supprised tha the 6.00-16 is the same height as the 7.00-16's. Your problem is the 4" wide rim. If You can find either some 15x6/7 or 16x6/7 you can find quite a few choices, but will be hard to find the 87 rolling circ with the R1 tread. I do not know what size turf and R4 ind tire options were available those years on that model or how much clearance is available for wider tires. If You don't do much in mudd, You could get by with a 6 ply truck tire with street or a mild mud grip tread. I see no R4 tires close enough to the rolling circ. A 7.5L-15SL low profile will match up and be quite a bit wider and will fit a 15x6 rim and has good load capacity for loader use but not a lot of traction.
