( Thanks for the kind words.

I didn't think of making little implements.

When all is said and done it would have been easier to just do what my wife originally asked. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif )

Just joshin' about the implements, but the sentence that closes your response can come back to haunt you. I'd consider deleting that before SOMEONE reads it. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

A few years ago I bought an old tractor to restore, a JD 2010. I spent hour upon hour out in the garage trying to get it done. My wife would keep asking me when I was going to re-join the family. So I started thinking of how I could "lighten her up". Here is a picture the day I brought the tractor home.

I finally got the bright idea to put here name on the side of the tractor and tell her that I was doing it for her. I new that she would laugh and get a kick out of it. So I took some yellow paint and wrote "Dawn's Deere" on each side.

I led her out to the garage with her eye's covered. When she opened them and saw her name on the tractor her face turned red and she laughed. I told her that I restored it for her. She laughed even louder to make sure I knew that she didn't buy it. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
Here is a picture of the finished tractor.

That's certainly a fine looking tractor, Gene. At least your wife laughed instead of frowning.
