WiFi ready blueray players

Robert, try this link, http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1228217.

The AVSForum is the best place I have found for information on audio equipment.

I THINK what I read is that the S470 needs a *** SONY *** WiFi Adapter. People were having problems with non Sony WiFi. The thread I posted will tell you for sure.

The AVS forum is a great resource... I have also heard about people having issues with using generic wifi dongles in sony equipment...

Call me old fashioned, but for data intensive processes, I prefer a hardline. Any other uses of your wifi, or area interference can really effect your thruput...

Agree.

Agree. :D The use of a cable is better than WiFi which is why I am kicking my self for NOT putting in Cat5 and Coax for an antennae near the TV. What a dummy. :D

To be fair I did not foresee the merge of TV content and audio/visual systems. And I did not think I needed the antennae for the radio. Oh well. Sad thing is that once the Cat 5 is run to the TV and connected to the network I need another router at the TV for the BluRay player and the Wii. :D

Later,
Dan
