Wild Bradford Pear cheap removal?

Update - my late Winter basal bark spraying with the generic Dow Remedy apparently didn't have any effect on the trees I sprayed. I don't know if it was to close to Spring or the fact that I used generic herbicide.

I am still curious if a straight blade dozer set a ground level would pull up the trees or just lay them over? Maybe I could just run a blade a few inches deep. I am afraid if I rented anything more complicated it would take me half a day to learn how to operate it, for example a backhoe. I may eventually hire the job out, but right now the land is not generating any kind of profit so I don't really want to spend a couple thousand dollars on it.

That tree saw cuts completely flush to the ground, has long length to stay away from the limbs and thorns. Has little to no ground disturbance. Cuts fast.
Cut the trees, push them into a pile then burn them. Treat the flush to ground remains with chemical.

Looks like the monster tree saw would work great.

Thanks for the link tacboss, I had seen the the Perfect Tree Saw | Cutting Blade Designed to Saw Trees and Underbrush | Safe | Reasonable Pricing | Low Maintenance before. Those do look interesting, especially the part about no moving parts. I am so limited by just having a tractor with a 3 pt hitch and no FEL. If I bought a monster tree saw at $1500 and rented a skid steer for a weekend I could have hired the job out probably. I still have one guy in the area with a tree puller that I need to get a quote from. The perfect tree saw company makes a model for compact tractors and full size tractors with FEL. I wish the 3 pt hitch mounted turbo saws were not so expensive. It looks like for now I will just keep chain sawing at ground level and painting stumps with herbicide.
