WILL 4320 W/IMATCH LINK UP WITH 5FT TILLER?

I looked at a 5ft King Kutter II Tiller at the TSC the other day and was wondering if the PTO shaft will hook up to my tractor using IMATCH. The salesman said that the tiller shaft is 32 inches long plus another 12 inches for the clutch. That should make the entire shaft about 44 inches. I carried the IMATCH with me and it mated ok with the tiller. The only worry is about the length of the pto shaft.

Have any of u got a 4320 or similar tractor with IMATCH and a King Kutter Tiller?
