I called the 5-12 21" tall and the 6-12 23" to make things simple, but the difference is slightly (0.2") more than that. I figured that was negligible. It works to be about a 10% difference in circumference.

Awhile back we had a discussion about rolling circumference vs. mathematical circumference. Basically, what I learned was that there is a difference between what the math says the circumference should be, and what the tire manufacturer says it is when it rolls. I don't think it will absorb that difference, though.
