That's the man I was talking to. Rick seems to think it would be a big job to make it fit. I think I'll just try to buy one that bolts up the way its supposed to.

mercomet, did you get a quote or estimate from the seller to do an install? Does he install?

No I didn't. I'd really just like to have one the fits the tractor but I may check into it. Thanks

Any chance either of you guys finished adding a 270tl to your Ford 4000? Would you take some photos of the mounts for the rest of us?

One of my old tractors is a 4000 and I'm not shy about fabricating when the need suits.
