Will a gas TO35 efficently run a 5 foot tiller?

The LOW on a Ferguson four speed transmission is pretty high.

You have to have the revs up on a gas tractor to develop power.

I had a TE 20 and it was slow in 1st gear but the problem was to run anything the RPM's had to be increased and this made the ground speed too high. I tried my 6 foot tiller on it once but it was way too fast.
