I'm fixing up an old IH 430 to bale ditch hay and straw. It's time to try and tie some bales.

The manual claims:
"The knotters will accept all sizes of sisal or plastic twine without requiring adjustments. Even when changing from the thickest sisal to the thinnest plastic..."

When the manual was written, however, how thin was the thinnest plastic? I know most round balers prefer their twine fat.
I have a box of twine meant for a round baler that I don't really like (it's on the thick and coarse side, I like my round bale twine long, thin and slippery).
What are the odds that it can tie this stuff? The balls will fit in the twine chamber no problem.
