Rake Will A Landscape Rake...

Get a 6' rake for your machine. I pull a 6' rake behind my subcompact 24hp, which is a smaller machine than yours. With a good load of dirt and no angle, my tractor starts to bog down a bit, but so far, that's been the only time. It would probably strain a bit more moving rocks without the proper angle.

For your size machine and what you're planning on moving with it, I think you'll be much happier with the larger 6' rake. I paid $460 ($360 + $100 shipping) for my 6' rake, and it is quite a bit heavier duty than the KK's I looked at locally. Now I'm spending more on it as I just ordered the gauge wheels.

Sorry, I mistyped this. I put the brackets in the hole closed to the end of the hitch, not the PTO, and it doesn't drop as far down, keeping the rake right where I want it. John
