I posted this over in the flail mower discussion but I wanna jump on this if it's something my tractor can handle.
A buddy of mine bought a flail and loves it. There are a lot of great reviews of them here, so, now I want one!
A guy has a 90" Alamo flail mower for $400......he said he'd take $350 and throw in any blades that are missing and 12 extra. It comes with a drive shaft and needs a bearing, according to him......claims he bought an offset one and likes it better. He bought it at a municipality auction.
I have the old bush hog I fixed up. I will be maintaining everything from grassy fields to over-grown brush that even would be fun on a dozer.....and everything in between.
