Will narrower tires than stock flatten out?

I ordered some 23x10.50x12 off ebay and when they came in, they were as narrow as 23x8.50x12 that I had on another machine. They were marked at factory as 10.50 widths, so a manufacturers mistake. I think you could order the 23x 10.50 x 12 on ebay, as I have for the Steiner 525
