If you really want an entertaining discussion ask someone who works in the energy industry about global warming. Talking global warming with Okie and Texan oilfield workers is all sorts of fun if you can handle the insults. The discussion based on facts will quickly turn to personal insults when they get a turn. You seem to get much different answers if you ask people who make a living doing non energy based work. Hmm...Funny how that works. There is a reason that most of the civilized world believes the way they do.

Mankind is like a double edged sword. We have technology to fly around the globe, but can't' land because of the smog. Our own worst enemy.

So the posts have proven why we cant get our collective BS together on global warming. The implication is that even if we could decide on what the cause is, we cant decide what to do about it. When it comes to a public policy debate over what actions to take, you cant get a set of scientist to agree on courses of action even if we overlook causality. So if your a politician or a policy wonk, you cant point to action that will result in anything so everything is stuck. If I were the president I would ask "what do you want to do, what are the costs and more important how do we measure success of your plan?" Put it on the scientific community and watch them flail as much as the politicians have.

If anyone is incapable of comprehending fact it is obviously the idiots on the looney left. It's not derogatory, it's the simple truth and the sooner the idiots manage to begin learning from their mistakes for a change, the better everyone will be, especially themselves. Constant denial and delusion is getting nothing accomplished.
