Will this one arm loader fit my 881?

The trans hip bracket would be the hard one to duplicate, the rest you could fab out of flat stock. I have a homemade hip bracket on my 4000. Who ever made it did a real nice job. Here's what a set of brackets look like. this set is missing one more flat piece about 6" long.

Do you have a side view and opposite view of that middle one (assume that's the hip bracket). It it shaped that way to rest a spherical shape in it? I'm envisioning a human hip femur ball LOL.

If you are lucky enough to get a set for an 8n or NAA it wouldn't be worth hacking them up to make your set being they are worth triple the money.

the 8n set woulodn't help at all anyway.

the naa set.. only the front and lower brackets fit.. and those are torchable out of 1/2 plate and 3/8 plate,

ditto on the hip bracket being the difficult one.

I have seen 2 made. one was on a rowcrop where the steering arm was not an issue.

the other was on an ag model and the guy started with a bursh hog blade that had one of the bends already in it. still took lots of weld and torching to work.

IMHO.. I wouldn't go into a deal trying to make one.. and I'd pay only 50-75$ for the laoder without the brackets

the hip bracket is extremely hard to make correctly. it incorporates a couple complex bends to get around the housing and make clearance for the steering arms. I have probably 8 of those loadrs on stuff from naa, 00/01 and 3 cyl jobs. have another setting in the pasture that looks just like the one you are looking at. got it for 75$

So is the 711 the one that does not have the hydraulic articulated bucket?
Would a beginning to intermediate welder or metal fabricator be able to add the hardware needed to articulate the bucket to make it like what I presume is the 722?
Are there other types of buckets and other attachments (e.g. forks) that you can attach to this type of loader?
Would I be better off waiting and looking for something with a standard or skid-steer type attachment?

the 711 is the laoder without an internal hyd resevoir, attached valve and pump set. the 722 DOES have the resevoir, valve and pump. the 711 was thus, the economy model.. and the 722 more $$. as you can imagine, the economy models were less often found with the hyd bucket.. BUT they were available.

keep in mind the lift cyl is single acting as well. power up, gravity down.

the original scissor linkage and cross bar COULD be fabbed up to look original and add a cyl.. however a simply cyl and 2 mounting ears will likely get it done.

Here is a shot of my homemade bracket and a bracket from one of my row crops. This bracket is an offset to mount the short box. The front row crop bracket is a whole other thing.
Your'e kind of getting a head of yourself. first find out is the owner has any bracket, if not he still might be holding around that price because he thinks it's "rare".
