Nice job! Looks like it will protect the tank too so maybe I'll never get it punctured like Mike's (pineridge) did.
I built something like this years ago but only had 4X6 sq tube, 1/4" thick. I wish I would have had some 8x8. I mounted mine on the front of the tractor and use it as a front bumper/knockeverythingover box. I put the hinges in the front so it wouldn't pop open while I was pushing through the rough stuff.
Watching the weather it looks like you all down in Williamson County are getting all the rain. It's still too dry here.
