To clarify my 30 mph statement, most windmill systems will operate down to about 5 mph. However, at that wind speed, the amount of aeration they provide is minute. To reach their rated 1 to 1.5 cfm, winds of 25-30 mph are required.

Put in a small solar cell with an electric air pump. Shouldn't cost more than $200 and will need little maintenance. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
