Winter is wearing me down!

We are supposed to get our worst winter storm this season. The temperature has been dropping all day from 56* this morning to about 36* now. The prediction is for snow and ice and very cold tonight and tomorrow.

83 Degrees and sunny here. A little cooler yesterday, but yesterday, there was not a cloud to be found.

We started the day in the mid 70s. It's now 49 and dropping. At least we got some rain.

I took the bike out for the first "spring" ride. Yes I looked at the radar and figured I had a 2 hour window before this front slapped us. I was going to look at a pontoon boat for sale, but about 5 miles from it the owner called and said it sold. I turned around and rode home, 30 min later it started raining

So brought in firewood instead of spending $ :thumbsup:

Its warming up around here , the other night -43f (no wind ) -28 Friday night and -20 last night calling for - 30 tonight but will see its only -2 now so its got a long way to go. I predict a warning trend through out the week with a high of 10. winter IS wearing me down!!!:irked:

Wow just looked at the MSN 10 day forecast for around here (Southern Vermont) this is crazy...it's predicted for lows of -10F for Monday March 10 and on Tues Mar 11 a daytime Hi +3F and overnite low -12F

It has been a brutally cold and snowy winter in Michigan. I think our running total is up over 130 inches this year so far. Got another 4 last night. Set a record low a couple nights ago at -15 degrees. Bring on the warmer weather!

Record low for the date here in northern Indiana with -2. Old record was -1 about 43 years ago when I was 10.
