wiper repair on curtis cab on kubota L3400

I can't figure out how to get the wiper arm off. There is no plastic cap, and the arm is loose but still partially functional. The part that is on the motor shaft is heavily sprung to the arm. There is a pin in the side but can't figure out how to loosen the grip onto the shaft to get it off. If anyone has any ideas, I would be most appreciative.... It's about to start snowing.... Thanks

Is there maybe a special tool to remove this type of wiper arm??

is that a "c" clip on that pin? Kida looks like one, if so remove the clip and drive the pin out, either way I belive thats what holing the arm to the motor.

No, no C-clip there. The top of the pin you see is flush with the outside of the wiper arm piece that is on the shaft.

Roger -- thanks again for replying. The top of the cap that is over the wiper motor shaft is completely smooth, no features, as it the other side of the cap that you can't see in the picture --other side of the cap is completel hsmooht, no features.

I do seem to remember a wiper arm removal tool from way back when. I just googled it and there seem to be many of them out there. Several of them for 5 or 6 bucks.
