WIRING FOR 12V SPRAYER

The toggle switch in my earlier post attachment conttols a 2 prong trailer connection in th rear of the tractor which can be used for a variety of implements such as a sprayer, spreader or auxillary lights. All you have to do is wire the corresponding plug into the implements or lights. By the way, I highly recommend the Earthway spreader available form Northern Hydraulic. It's easy to mount to a tube hitch receiver, on the 3pt, it's light, holds at least 100 lbs. of fertilizer and allows for tight turns in cramped spaces. The lever mounted to the BX ROPS on the same previous posts is used to lock and control the spreader seed gate.

I checked last night and the red/blk and blk are for the work light. The red/blk is hot and keyed and the blk is ground. My understanding is the blu/wht is for the hydro temp sensor switch which is an overseas only option (kinda like the aux hydro lever that goes on the right side) /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif .

Know this is an OLD thread but, this is how I hooked up MY 12v sprayer.
As for the Fuse, why not put one on both ends. I understand about those wires actually BURNING, a long wire and there goes your tractor.
I don't spend $8. for a 12v switch, I use 110 volt house switch and outlets and my wiring is a Drop Cord, Heavy Wire.
