Yea... It was tough... I was a chief at the time (E-7)... went thru COMUSNPHIL and the wife had to go thru bride school... Cook a turkey, mashed taters and gravy plus all the side dishes... Worst meal I ever had, but she can sure cook a mean curry dish now... going to a pot luck tomorow... tons of curry, fried rice with folks from the Philippines! Small group from the Philippines here and they all Know each other... Local doctor from the PI goes back each year and helps folks out... has about 4 airplanes in the Philippines and does GREAT work.
