I've often told my wife that my "relationship" with tractors is a LOT better than my having one with a 19 year old blonde......as if that were even possible still.

At least we can have "active imaginations" at this point in our lives Jay

Jay, my wife calls it tractor **** as well. The scary part is that at my age I find the photo's here just as interesting, if not a bit more!!

My wife calls me addicted. I tell her being fairly new to this life of tractors (grew up in the city) that I am gaining a wealth of knowledge. As others have mentioned I could be doing a lot worse w/ my time. My wife is addicted to this Facebook and me TBN and seat time so its a wash for us.

My wife refers to our farm as "the other woman", and she refers to you guys as "my boyfriends", ie "are you talking to your boyfriends again, honey?" My reply is usually,"yes, of course".
My wife is the brains and money of the relationship...I'm the muscle. It actually works quite well.

*I'm addicted.

1*I gave up smoking back on 3/18/2009 but I'm still reading TBN .
Does that mean I'm addicted to T B N ?

Thanks so much for the hospitality you guys have shown me. I have to admit, though, that my husband has had to decipher some of the tractor code talk that wasn't making much sense. Seat time . . . I thought that might be somethin' dirty

I am happy that you guys do have this site. I do think Big Bri has learned a great deal of good info from these forums. I guess I have to learn how cool "TRACTORS" are Maybe if Big Bri would actually let me drive it, I would understand. But since we've gotten our tractor, my half is when it's in the shed, his half is in the field, in the yard, in the dirt . . . .

Yep the wife said I spend too much time on the computer, I tell her she spends too much time reading Agatha Cristy. So it works out to about the same amount of time.

Thanks for posting, Allison. It looks like you're beginning to understand our addiction. My wife doesn't complain as she knows full well that the advice I've received on TBN has saved us thousands of dollars in repairs, etc.

Maybe TBN needs a new forum dedicated as a support group for "tractor widows". You out there Muhammad?
