Wizard think model 990 16 hp hydrostatic briggs and stratton engine

new, not sure what I am doing in this form. need help. obtained a wizard, western auto 16 hp briggs and stratton tractor. can not find serial or model number anyware on tractor. getting spart to the coil but not back out. needs parts etc. but don't know enough information to order or work on it. anyone help?
