When you have chaged fuel filter and such it says I need to take air out of tank as well. What is the proper level in the gas tank for this job? Or is it fuller the better. Will this work if there is less than a quarter tank?

There's no fuel shut off ? if not can you clamp the fuel line?

I've change fuel filter w/1/4 tank and no problem.
