Bleeding procedures differ according to the make/model and should be described in your owner's manual. If you don't have a manual, post your question in Mitsubishi/Satoh with a descriptive thread title.

There should be a bleed screw nut/bolt close to the filter. There may be a little lever for a manual priming pump . Pump that till fuel comes out of filter . Tighten filter and start . Do not fu44with fittings at pump or injectors .
