I know you have checked and cleaned the carb but now you need to narrow down which one of the three critical items you are missing. Compression, ignition/spark or fuel.
When the engine gets hot and stalls check for spark. No spark the problem is electrical. Could be a bad plug. Check using a cold plug. Possibly non-resistor Vs resistor type also.
If you have good spark check the compression. Possible a valve needs to be adjusted causing loss of compression, but I would think you would hear this.
Check for fuel flow to the carb. Is this a gravity flow system or fuel pump system? On fuel pump systems, check the hose to the pump for weather checks or cracks. These can allow air to be sucked through the hose Vs gas from the tank.
Other possibility would be the timing shifting but this should show a weak spark.
