The website Kris posted pretty much says it all.
My local NH dealer sells them and has for years. We are on the edge of the Lake Michigan snow belt so we usually don't get a lot of heavy snows, but when the wind shifts we can get really dumped on. It usually happens a couple times a year.
This morning we had no snow at my office (17 miles north of my house) but we had 4" to 5" in the driveway at home on top of a ice/slush base and when I left the house at 6am the snow was coming down pretty hard.
I could get by with less of a blower, in fact the 48" blower on the front of my Cub Cadet works great, but I had my Cub & blower picked up to be brought to my office leaving me with nothing for this winter at home. My office is paying for the tune up of the Cub and any repairs, if necessary. I wanted a 3pt blower so the arrangement works out for me, besides putting the blower on the Cub is a real pain in the ... and this way someone else will do it, then switch it back in the spring for mowing, already tuned up with the blades sharpened. In the mean time I get it out of my garage so I have room for all my implements to be stored inside.
