Yep, got a picture and message from my daughter this morning, it's snowing in Hattiesburg.......

She (jokingly) asked if I'd bring the snow plow down from KY.

Told her I'd be happy to but, I charge for time in transit. :cool2:

Not really sure about that but, she told me that she and her boss were the only ones that showed up for work today.

She sent pics to us, looks like she easily got 6" of snow. Needless to say, a lot of Mississippi kids got to see their first snowfall today. Woo Hoo!!!!

Here is yesterday morning in Boone, NC:



Am unusual amount of snow for early December, even in the mountains. And it's not going anywhere. Forecasts are for 41 degrees tomorrow then highs below freezing for most of the week.

Chaos here in Dixieland...schools closed, Wal-Mart closed, gas stations closed...hey folks, its wintertime...sometimes it snows during winter. Just build a fire in the fireplace and enjoy it...summer will be here before you know it.

I gotta get to work and plant my fruit trees...bye for now.
