I have the Wallenstein BX62 without hydraulic feed. I have no brush, leaves or small stuff to feed so manual feed is fine. I feed all my pine trees in whole( no branch removal). The BX62 works much better, for me, than my previous BX42. The smaller chipper would plug on all the pine needles on the trees. I've yet to have a plug up with the '62. The '62 has a larger discharge chute and higher air flow which chucks those sticky pine needles out just fine.
I was initially looking at Valby & Vermeer chippers but there are no local dealers.
