woods 80-5 mower???

has anyone heard of these? I am looking for a rear finish mower. I really want a 3 point model but this came up on CL. Since I mow the horse pasture a few times a year the large tires may come in handy (or am I just rationalizing) The price was initially about 1000 but has dropped steadily. This thing looks like a beast!
