Kioti DK35
I am buying a Woods BH80x for my Kioti DK35. Initially when shopping around dealer said he had a subframe that would work and save me some cash. When the time came to finalizing the deal all of sudden the frame wasn't available.

Today I went to visit his yard. He was closed. I looked around his yard and found a number of Woods BH frames. One of the frames was labeled DK35 but for a Woods Groundbreaker 9000.

So my question for all the brains out there is: Will the 9000 frame also work for the BH80x? Is there any way I can cross check these? Anyone dealt directly with Woods customer service themselves?

Thanks again!!!!!

Woods Manual Site is best idea. Contacting Woods is next. They do respond to e-mails. BTW, ask your dealer if he might have a Woods sub frame # 1002675 or a #9263 I could use either if shipping to west coast isn't a killer.

Wedge-

Thanks for the link.

Now I am more confused. From looking at the link I see a DK35/BH 9000 pair, a DK35se/BH80x pair, but no DK35/BH80x. Am I missing something? Do the dealers have a more expanded reference sheet? Am I going to get a phone call saying the DK35/BH80x combo isn't going to work? I would prefer the 4 point system. Would the DK35se 4 point work on the DK35?

I'm frustrated today. Things are not going like anticipated; tires (another thread) and now this. HELP!!! Will I ever get this tractor??

Thanks all!

I would call woods to confirm, but the only difference I see between DK35 and DK35SE is the transmission. Not sure why the SE wont work with the standard tranny.

We are on the same page. Tomorrow I plan to call Woods with this question and get their advise. Hopefully the 4pt will work. I will update thread.

Any dealers able to shed light on this issue? Wallace??

Make Woods confirm everything they say with documentation. My Woods dealer in CA called to order 3 pt kit for BH7500. Woods was sure of what was needed but they sent the wrong kit. Then they were sure of proper PTO pump kit but also sent wrong one. Woods dealer is 4 hour round trip for me. Not fun making extra trips.

Given enough tools and time a good metal shop should be able to alter anything. For $$$.

If you haven't finalized the deal I suggest find another dealer that knows up front what they are dealing with. This almost seems like bait and switch.

My BH90-X 4-pt subframe for my NH TC40 from Woods was $1300.00 a year ago.
Woods tech support has an 800 number-call them with your questions. Their pdf manual library is EXTENSIVE. Ask them to tell you which subframe kit number fits your tractor and then download it.
Expect to pay between $400/500 bucks (about eight hours work) for a tractor shop to install/attach. Money well spent if you are hesitant to remove a loaded rear tire and plumb the hydraulics.

Well I called Woods this morning. Spoke with very helpful man named Randy. Kudos to Randy, he took the time I needed to expalin things so even I could understand. I actually heard him rustling paper, old fashion paper, and not tickling his keyboard. Randy gets additional point for this!

So results of this conversation. The subframe for a groundbreaker 9000 is different than that of groundbreaker 7500. I am referring to a Kioti DK35-Woods partnership. I asked if the Woods 4 point for a DK35se would work, he said no they are different machines (which I knew but was hoping the 4 point would work). He also said that the 7500 subframe would work for the BH80x. That's the story.

Additionally he said Woods brings in each of the different tractors and models and physically "fits" each unit to the tractors with OEM loaders and then Woods loaders. I thought that was neat. There is a lot of tractors/models/loader combos out there, imagine.....

Thanks all for the input. Hope my findings are helpful to others.
